    I'm proud to be a Boholano's, a Filipino. I would stand to anyone. Just recently, hearing the story, that someone ashamed of being a boholano.,. I dont know what their story but this is my story why I'm proud of being a boholano. Bol anon ko dong,.

How to cook ginataang (tinunuang) gabi.

              Its an old folk, this food is the best cooked food in Boholanos. It was serve and made by Dagohoy himself during his revolution. This food is once you tasted always wanted. When you cooked it, just cook it properly. Ingredients; Gabi stem, coconut milk, spices, sibuyas, and luy a ( ginger) and subak, sagol. Steps; First, you skinned those gabi stem, cut it and wash afterwards. Second, make the coconut, milk twice, I mean make twice in making coconut milk in the coconut. Just separate it. Third, slice all the spices and wash those all of it,. Start of cooking,           Place the gabi in the pan, put the second coconut milk, or ikaduhang gituno., On the fire and wait for minutes until the gabi is cooked.                      After it was cooked, pull out the portion of soup. An old man was diagnose with Chronic Pulmonary disease. He was my neighbor, I visit him to ask him how he is. Start talking and telling me the whole story of his story. I thought it was an asthma (hubak) in Visayans language. He was admitted and he even in and out in the Hospital. Due to that,he always go back to the Hospital when his illness start to attack. He was tired and sick and he was hard to breath. When the attack of Chronic Pulmonary disease was too much, they ask the doctor of what to do, the doctor said was we need pray because according to their doctor his life has in tanning. The doctor says that  our medicine was tried but he was not cure may be, if it continues he would long for 3 month only. They were so worried after all, during of their worries and research, their was someone who advice them to try this medicine. They advice a herbal medicine called an asparaguis or (bila bila).
